Coalition 2030 members enter a communication network with civil society and trade union organisations, who are committed to seeing Ireland, and the world, advance the Sustainable Development Goals. Members have the opportunity to attend plenary meetings twice a year, and to attend joint advocacy and mobilisation meetings also.

Members can occasionally be funded to attend relevant international events, and when there is capacity available, the Coalition 2030 Coordinator can promote your events on the website and social media.

“The Wheel works to support a thriving community sector at the heart of a fair, just and inclusive Ireland – and that’s fundamentally about achieving a truly sustainable future for everyone.  We think the best way to achieve that is to work collaboratively towards our shared objectives with our colleagues in C2030 working to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.”

“Coalition 2030 is a hugely important part of Irish civil society. All civil society organisations working on sustainability and social justice should be involved. Coalition 2030 amplifies the values, concerns and causes that all of us are working for. It provides an essential space for civil society in Ireland to come together to collaborate and learn from one another. It strengthens our voice both in Ireland and internationally. IDEA has benefited hugely from being part of this vibrant, dynamic and very effective network”

“Coalition 2030 promotes meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in their conversations. With their support, CBM Ireland worked with Irish award winning photographer James Crombie, to record powerful stories of children with disabilities from the Global South who experience social exclusion and poverty”
